Here is an overview of our timetable. Please note some sessions are subject to change. Hit the ‘What’s On’ tab above for information on our most up to date classes, sessions and special guest workshops and to book yourself in.

Class Descriptions

Strength Training (SGPT)

Our Small Group Personal Training Classes. These sessions are designed to give you that unique and personalised experience you expect from personal training but without the price tag. The focus will be on building strength and making you more confident in the gym. Our SGPT sessions are not postnatal specific, you can find our postnatal rehab program here and our postnatal group training here. SGPT sessions are for adults only.

Open Gym

Come along and use our gorgeous gym and its facilities and work through either a strength, conditioning or workout of your choice. Our ‘on the board’ workouts are changed daily and we will be on hand to make sure that you know exactly what you are doing. No need to feel intimidated or spend your precious gym time running on the treadmill because you’re not sure what else to do.
Our open gym sessions are capped at 8 users so you’ll never have to queue for kit and can make the most of your session time! Please note that unsupervised open gym sessions are for adults only (these are marked via an * on our timetable)

Mobility & Yoga 

All levels welcome, no experience necessary. A restorative class either yoga-based or mobility based, giving you time to relax and connect with your body and give it that little bit of TLC. Come and join us to help settle your body and mind and prepare for the week ahead. These sessions are for adults only.

Conditioning

Join us for an exciting session that will get your heart pumping, challenge your cardiovascular system and bring you all the feel good vibes! These sessions can be adapted for all abilities but we recommend you have some gym experience or are at least 1 week into your SGPT trial before coming along to one. These sessions are for adults only.
