Bulletproof your Body (BYB) is our unique postnatal re-strengthening exercise class and course.

It has been expertly developed to help you return to exercise postnatally.

There is so much conflicting advice out there which makes it really difficult to know what to do after having a baby. 

In our 6 weeks together, you’ll learn how to restrengthen your whole core and pelvic floor, build lifelong, sustainable exercise & nutrition habits, and meet like-minded mums who are in a similar situation to you.

The Bulletproof course is available online and in-person, and both incorporate all things you’ll need to know about returning to exercise after having a baby… yoga, mindfulness, nutrition, sleep, yoga and relaxation.

 

Coach-led Bulletproof your Body

  • 6 weekly in-person sessions where you follow a specialist postnatal exercise program, with coach supervision.

  • 2 additional workouts per week that are postnatal specific and can be done at home or in our gym

  • Unlimited access to our Open Gym Sessions** where you can complete be guided by our postnatal platform

  • Unlimited access to our Yoga Sessions* to support your strength training

  • A safe space to discuss how you are feeling and finding the course.

  • A community of like-minded parents to connect and share your journey with

  • Sessions are delivered in our boutique gym which will give us the opportunity to get to know each other and engage in the community aspect that SLAM is well known for.

* Yoga sessions are for adults only

** You can bring your baby to coach led and supervised open gym sessions, unsupervised gym sessions are adults only

 

Self-led Bulletproof your Body online

  • Access to the BYB online platform which includes a dynamic mix of pre-recorded sessions and talks.

  • Postnatal exercise and rehabilitation sessions which can be done in the comfort of your own home or in the gym.

  • Nutritional support to help you heal and nurture your body, mind, and your relationship with food.

Who is Bulletproof your Body suitable for?  

All courses are suitable for mums from 6 weeks postnatal from vaginal delivery and 10 weeks for C-Section.

Our classes are kept small so that you can get the individual attention that you need and so that we can hold a safe space for our participants to share and support each other on their journey through motherhood.

What happens on the course?

In both versions of Bulletproof, you will be given access to our online BYB Platform, and you can begin working through your course materials.

In our in-person coach-led course you will come to The Mutha Ship on the date your course starts.

Here, we will work through your workout, and you will also have space for introductions and you can ask any questions you may have about the course or exercises.
