Thank you so much for choosing to train with SLAM. I’m excited to work with you and support you on your strength journey, whether you're training through pregnancy, postpartum, lifting for performance, or just trying to feel strong as hell in your own skin.
Memberships and Coaching Packages
All purchases, including 1:1 coaching, group memberships, courses, and digital products, are final and non-refundable. As our coaching content is delivered online and accessible 24/7, we do not offer refunds, part-refunds, or exchanges once a plan has started.
Memberships are billed monthly and include ongoing programming, coach support, and access to relevant coaching platforms (e.g. coaching app, group chat, etc.). You can cancel anytime with one membership month’s notice in writing to:

Please note:
Cancelling your payment/direct debit without notice will incur a fee equal to one month’s membership + a £75 admin fee.
Memberships cannot be paused or held indefinitely. If you’d like to cancel, written notice is required as above, even if your membership is on hold.
Coaching Delivery and Access
Your coaching (whether 1:1 or group) is delivered via our online platform Train Heroic and includes access to:
Weekly programming
Video demonstrations + written cues
Coach feedback
Community group chat (where applicable)
Some programs may include additional resources, live check-ins, or bonus content, these details will be outlined in the program description. You are responsible for ensuring you have the appropriate equipment and internet access to engage with your training.
Events, Retreats, and In-Person Options
Cancellation policy for retreats, in-person events, or specialty workshops:
Cancel 60+ days before event: Full refund
Cancel 30–59 days before event: 25% refund
Cancel less than 30 days before event: No refund
If you're on a payment plan, you’re committing to the full cost of the course or event. Cancelling your payments early does not cancel your responsibility for the remaining balance.
Health, Safety, and Responsibility
Before beginning any program, it’s essential that you complete the health questionnaire provided. You must be cleared to exercise by your GP or healthcare provider. For pre/postnatal clients, we strongly recommend working with a women’s health physiotherapist alongside our coaching.
Our coaching is evidence-informed, progressive, and rooted in long-term health. That said, online coaching does require personal responsibility. You agree to train within your capacity and seek appropriate medical guidance where needed.
I am fully insured and qualified, but I am not a medical professional. I cannot diagnose or treat injuries or health conditions.
Community & Conduct
SLAM is a space for women, queer folks, and gender-expansive people to train without shame, pressure, or bullshit. We expect all members to uphold a standard of respect and inclusivity in all interactions including in group chats, forums, and live calls. We reserve the right to remove any participant who acts in a way that is discriminatory, abusive, or disrupts the safety of the space.
Amendments
SLAM reserves the right to amend these terms, adjust offerings, or change program content at any time. We’ll always aim to communicate changes clearly and fairly.
