FAQs

Do I need to be experienced to join one of your programs?

Nope. Whether you're new to lifting, coming back after a break, or looking to compete, there’s a place for you here. Every program is built to meet you where you’re at, with clear guidance, coaching support, and options to scale.

What’s the difference between 1:1 coaching and group programming?

1:1 coaching is fully tailored to you, your body, your goals, your life. It’s high-touch, personal support for anyone with a specific focus.
Group programming gives you structured sessions, community support, and regular feedback, without the intensity (or price tag) of full-time 1:1.

Can I train with you during pregnancy or postpartum?

Hell yes. Our Prenatal Power and Bullet-proof Your Body programs are specifically built to support you through pregnancy, birth recovery, and beyond — with no bounce-back BS or one-size-fits-all plans. Everything is built to support your strength, autonomy, and healing.

I want to compete in Olympic lifting. how do I join the team?

Start with Rising Barbellezz, our entry-level Olympic lifting program designed to build strong technique, smart habits, and platform confidence. From there, you can earn your spot on the Barbell Bitches competition team with comp-specific coaching, structured programming, and day-of support where possible.

If you have experience of Olympic lifting from another club and would like to be considered for the team, contact me.

Can I train online and still get real results?

Absolutely. Whether you’re training solo in your garage, a commercial gym, or in between toddler naps, our app-based programs give you the structure, feedback, and support you need to stay accountable and keep progressing.

What kind of support do I get?

Every program includes access to a group chat for connection, hype, and questions, plus regular feedback from me. If you're working 1:1, you’ll also have direct message access to me whenever you need coaching support, advice, or just a reality check.

Is SLAM just for women?

Nope. My coaching is for women, queer folks, and gender-expansive people who want to lift, move, and live without the shame and shrinkage of mainstream fitness culture. If that’s you, you’re in the right place.
