This is 1:1 coaching, built entirely around you. Whether you’re chasing a strength goal, coming back from injury, training for a race, or just figuring out what movement feels good right now - this is where we tailor everything to your body, your life, your fire.

I work with athletes chasing performance, people prepping for sport-specific events, and all humans who want bespoke programming that actually fits.

Prenatal Power is an online program designed to suit you at every stage of pregnancy. It contains expert workouts and in-depth videos to ensure you feel confident and empowered while working out from the moment you find out you're expecting, to the day you give birth.

  • A full package that includes two strength-based workouts for you to follow each week as well as yoga, mobility, meditation and affirmations coursework.

    There are also videos to let you know what changes are happening in your body that will have an impact on how you can move.

    We've even included interviews from a range of experts, such as midwives, Women's health physios and Postnatal Doulas to give you much more than exercise.

  • All the workouts are designed for you to be able to do at home with very little kit, or if you will be training in a gym space, you can adapt the workouts to add weight or resistance.

    Prenatal Power is for anyone growing a human who still wants to feel like one.

    The Bulletproof course incorporates all things you’ll need to know about returning to exercise after having a baby… yoga, mindfulness, nutrition, sleep, yoga and relaxation.
